Creditors Bureau Associates (CBA) opened our doors in 1990 with one client and now services over four hundred! Initially, we began with one full time employee and one part time employee. We currently have twelve dedicated employees to serve our clients needs. We were one of the first collection agencies to facilitate a predictive dialer in Georgia in 1991. Our fully automated computerized collection system provides our collection specialist with the best resources available to meet our customer's demands. In addition, our collectors are trained through the American Collectors Association with an emphasis on the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Fair Credit reporting Act. We are fully HIPAA compliant as required by law. We have a continuing membership in the American Collectors Association, Georgia Collectors Association, Better Business Bureau and the Chamber of Commerce. We represent credit granters on the local, state and national level and service all areas of the credit and collection industry, including medical, professional, commercial, retail and service industry.
