Salary: USD $14-25/hour (hourly pay plus monthly commission and bonuses)
Description: Creditors Bureau Associates is currently looking for a highly motivated, goal oriented, Medical Collections Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Making collections calls and/or correspondence in a fast paced, goal oriented environment, Learning and knowing all collection laws and statutes.
- Meeting daily work measurements and office goals.
- Learning medical insurance terminology.
Educational requirements:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience requirements:
- Sales: 1 year
- Call center: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 3 years
Desired Skills:
- Applicants are required to have basic knowledge of computers, have above average verbal, reading and math skills and the ability to think critically and objectively to solve problems with consumers.

Commission or Hourly:
- Our $14/hour pay does not include commission or monthly bonuses. But there is an option for an $8/hour salary, with commission and performance-based bonuses.
